Weve been together for 4 months. The lowest weight i reached was 2 months ago at 128lbs. I since started taking birth control and am now at a whopping 140lbs. disgusting. problem: BIRTHDAY PARTY in T-minus 19 days. DECEMBER 10th need to weigh 120-125lbs PLAN OF ACTION STARTING TOMMOROW: breakast: coffee and cigarette lunch: diet coke andsmoke dinner: chicken cesar salad no croutons snacks: cigarettes. I follwoed this plan last week andwent from 140 to 134. lets hopefully plan on losing about a lb a day this way. CHANGE OF PLAN : FASTING STARTING TOMMOROW - 1 WEEK - goal is to lose 7-10lbs NO FOOD NO NOTHING JUST DIET COKE/FRESCA/WATER/TEA/COFFEE/SF RED BULL |
